Recent polling for Israel's October 27, 2026 Knesset election shows Likud averaging in the low-to-mid 20s, reflecting sustained erosion from its 32-seat 2022 result amid public focus on security management after October 7 and the judicial overhaul. Competition from Gadi Eisenkot's Yashar party and broader opposition fragmentation has narrowed Likud's projected range, with trader consensus clustering on 20-24 and 25-29 seats as coalition-building math remains uncertain. The race stays tight due to volatile swing blocs among centrists, religious parties, and Arab lists, plus Netanyahu's enduring base versus fatigue over prolonged conflicts. Late shifts in turnout, major security incidents, or alliance realignments before election day could push results toward either tail.
