**Darline Graham leads the Aug. 11 special Republican primary with roughly 33 percent in a crowded field, advancing to the Aug. 25 runoff against Rep. Ralph Norman after Lindsey Graham’s July death prompted her appointment by Gov. Henry McMaster and a Trump endorsement.** Her name recognition and family legacy provide a base, while Norman emphasizes his congressional experience, consistent support for Trump-backed priorities, and skepticism about a political newcomer’s readiness for a full term. Other candidates’ votes (Fry, Sanford) are expected to consolidate behind Norman, narrowing the contest in the brief runoff window. The winner faces Democrat Annie Andrews in November in this solidly Republican state. Trader assessments of Graham’s runoff share hinge on turnout patterns, endorsement effects, and any late campaign developments before the Aug. 25 vote.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Darline Graham wins at least the specified percentage of the valid votes cast in the 2026 South Carolina special Republican primary runoff election. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
If the results of the specified election are not known definitively by November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “No”.
The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the State of South Carolina, such as official statewide results published by the South Carolina Election Commission (https://scvotes.gov/); however, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.
If a recount is initiated before the vote total has been made official, the market will remain open until the recount is completed and the vote is made official.
