Official forecasts from Taiwan’s Central Weather Administration show northern Taiwan highs of 29–31°C on September 20 under a northeasterly flow, with partly cloudy skies and low precipitation chances, placing the market-implied 32°C outcome at 46.5% as traders price in modest afternoon warming. Recent observations confirm daytime maxima of 29–31°C across the past week, consistent with September climatology of 30–31°C averages, while model consensus indicates stable steering patterns without typhoon influence. Key variables include urban heat-island effects in Taipei and exact timing of peak readings; updated CWA briefings and model runs over the next 48 hours will refine resolution probabilities around the 30–33°C cluster.
