**Aaron Ford, the Democratic nominee and current attorney general, holds an 86% implied probability of carrying Clark County in the November 3, 2026, Nevada gubernatorial election, while incumbent Republican Joe Lombardo sits at 12%.** Clark County, home to Las Vegas and the state's largest population center, has consistently leaned Democratic in recent statewide contests, giving the party nominee a structural edge regardless of the narrower statewide race. Ford secured his party's nomination in the June 9 primary with strong support in the county, while Lombardo, a former Clark County sheriff, advanced easily on the Republican side. Recent polling shows a competitive general election overall, with Lombardo holding a modest lead, but the county-specific market reflects longstanding partisan patterns and voter composition that have not shifted meaningfully since the primaries. No major new catalysts have emerged in the past month to alter this positioning ahead of the general election.
