The first round of the 2026 midterm GA-11 House election will be held on November 3, 2026. A candidate may win the election “outright” in the first round by winning more than 50% of the valid votes in the first round. This market will resolve to “Yes” if any candidate wins the 2026 midterm GA-11 House election outright in the first round. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No”. If the results of the first round of the specified election are not known definitively by March 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". This market will resolve based on the results of this election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the state electoral authority responsible for certifying the results of the GA-11 House election.Georgia’s 11th congressional district remains a solidly Republican seat following the retirement of longtime incumbent Barry Loudermilk. Republican nominee John Cowan secured the nomination after winning the May 2026 primary and June runoff by wide margins against limited opposition. Democratic nominee Chris Harden and an independent candidate are on the November 3, 2026 general-election ballot, yet the district’s partisan voting index and historical results favor a Republican majority. Traders price the outright-win “Yes” outcome at 93.5 percent because no recent polling, fundraising shifts, or campaign events have indicated a competitive race capable of forcing a runoff under Georgia’s majority-vote rule. The absence of late-breaking developments or structural changes in the electorate supports the current consensus that the Republican will exceed 50 percent on election night.
