Lula holds the strongest position in Amazonas trader consensus for first place in the October 4 first round, reflecting consistent polling leads or technical ties driven by his advantage in the state's interior municipalities, which represent nearly half the electorate. Recent surveys from Real Time Big Data, Quaest, and AtlasIntel show him at 38-40% against Flávio Bolsonaro at 35-41%, with other names such as Renan Santos, Pablo Marçal, Ronaldo Caiado, and Augusto Cury trailing far behind in single digits. Lula's earlier visits to the region and local economic developments have reinforced his support base, while Bolsonaro family dynamics and scattered minor candidacies have not shifted the two-candidate concentration. The narrow margins in late-August and early-September fieldwork keep the outcome sensitive to turnout patterns and any final-week developments before election day.
