Recent National Weather Service and ensemble model guidance for Denver on September 8 points to overnight lows near 57–62 °F, with trader sentiment clustered around the 60–63 °F bins because of modest differences in predicted cloud cover and boundary-layer mixing. Clearer skies would enhance radiational cooling after sunset, potentially pushing the minimum into the upper 50s, while increased moisture and light winds limit temperature drops by reducing the diurnal range. Historical September climatology shows average lows near 52 °F, yet persistent above-normal daytime heat this week has elevated baseline temperatures. The next NWS forecast update and 00Z–12Z model runs will refine dew-point and wind forecasts that most directly affect the final low.
