Recent forecasts from multiple models, including GFS runs, indicate a daily high near 18–19°C for Amsterdam on September 18 under partly to mostly cloudy skies with moderate westerly winds. Afternoon temperatures are projected to peak in this range amid typical late-summer Atlantic flow, consistent with the 1991–2020 average high of 18.9°C and recent days that stayed slightly below seasonal norms. Model consensus shows low spread, with minimal risk of stronger warming or cooling, supporting the market’s heavy weighting toward 19°C (58%) and 18°C (36.5%). Updated observations through the morning confirm steady progression toward these values without signs of deviation.
