Recent ensemble forecasts and high-resolution models from European meteorological centers indicate a maximum temperature of 21–22°C in Paris on September 18 under mostly cloudy skies, moderate westerly winds, and minimal daytime heating. This consensus aligns closely with the September climatological normal of 21.2°C and current synoptic patterns showing no strong high-pressure buildup or warm advection. The market’s heavy weighting toward 22°C reflects traders’ assessment of these stable model outputs, with narrower probabilities assigned to 21°C or 23°C reflecting typical forecast uncertainty ranges of ±1°C. No significant model shifts have occurred in the past 48 hours, keeping resolution likely within the 21–23°C band.
