**Incoming cooler air and persistent cloud cover with rain are positioning overnight lows near or below 15°C as the leading market outcomes for Sao Paulo on September 13.** Southeasterly winds and a shift from recent warm, sunny conditions (highs near 27–30°C) to overcast skies and precipitation are limiting daytime heating while moderating but not fully suppressing nocturnal cooling at the city’s ~760–800 m elevation. Official and model guidance points to daytime highs around 16–17°C and lows of 13–15°C, consistent with September climatology yet cooler than the prior week. Trader emphasis on the 10°C-or-below bin (45% implied probability) reflects uncertainty in forecast model spread and the potential for stronger radiational cooling or a more pronounced cold-air intrusion if skies clear overnight. Upcoming NHC/INMET updates and real-time observations will refine these market-implied odds.
