Katie Hobbs holds an 87.5% implied probability of carrying Maricopa County in the November 2026 Arizona gubernatorial election, while Republican nominee Andy Biggs sits at 11%, according to trader consensus. As the Democratic incumbent seeking a second term, Hobbs benefits from consistent polling leads of 6–10 points statewide in recent surveys, with particularly strong support among independents, women, and urban/suburban voters in the state's largest county. Biggs secured the GOP nomination in the July primary but trails in head-to-head matchups, reflecting narrower appeal outside rural areas. Recent campaign developments, including Democratic efforts to consolidate support ahead of the general election, have reinforced expectations that Maricopa's voter composition will favor the incumbent over the challenger.
