AS leads recent Latvian polling averages at 23-24% heading into the October 3 Saeima election, reflecting the incumbency boost for Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs since his United List (AS)-anchored coalition took office in late May after the prior government collapsed. Multiple August surveys show AS ahead of Suverēnā vara (SV), Progresīvie (PRO), Latvija pirmajā vietā (LPV), Nacionālā apvienība (NA), Zaļo un zemnieku savienība (ZZS), and Jaunā Vienotība (JV), with no other party exceeding 13%. The fragmented field, 5% national threshold, and proportional allocation across five constituencies reinforce the gap in implied probability of securing the most seats. No late shifts have narrowed AS’s position in the final month.
