Recent forecast consensus from global models points to a Tokyo high of 25–26°C on September 13 under mostly cloudy skies, light easterly winds, and scattered showers that limit afternoon heating. High humidity near 80% and a marine-influenced airmass keep temperatures close to the mid-September climatological average of roughly 22–27°C, with urban heat island effects adding modest warming at official measurement sites. Model runs show little spread in peak values, supporting the market’s heavy weighting toward 24–25°C outcomes while leaving room for minor upward revisions if clearing occurs earlier than expected. Official Japan Meteorological Agency readings will determine final resolution.
