Traders favor a 26°C low for Panama City on September 13 at 49.5% implied probability because recent forecasts show overnight minima stabilizing near 24–25°C amid the rainy season's persistent cloud cover and high humidity. Equatorial diurnal ranges remain modest, with typical September climatology recording average lows of 23.6–24.9°C and frequent thunderstorm activity suppressing radiative cooling. Current model guidance from regional sources projects a 25°C low and 29°C high under light winds and scattered convection, aligning closely with the 25°C and 30°C+ outcomes. No major atmospheric shifts, such as atypical dry spells or frontal intrusions, have altered the baseline pattern in the past week. Final National Meteorological Service updates and overnight observations will resolve the market.
