Current National Weather Service forecasts and model consensus point to an overnight low in the mid-to-upper 60s for Los Angeles on September 14, driven by a persistent marine layer, light southwest winds, and patchy fog that typically limits radiational cooling near the coast. This setup aligns with climatological norms around 64°F while recent observations show slightly warmer conditions persisting into mid-September. Traders have concentrated implied probability on 68-69°F as the resolution range, with lower outcomes remaining viable only if stronger onshore flow develops. Updated NWS briefings and next model runs will provide the key data shifts before resolution.
