This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the lowest temperature recorded by NOAA at the Buckley Space Force Base Station in degrees Fahrenheit on 24 Aug '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the lowest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=kbkf This market will resolve off of the Hourly Data provided using the "Show Hourly Data" button. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to US Units w/ kts" button until the relevant table displays °F. This market can not resolve until the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Fahrenheit (eg, 21°F). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Current National Weather Service forecasts for Denver point to an overnight low near 65°F on August 23–24 under partly cloudy skies with light winds, supporting the closely matched market-implied odds around the 64–65°F bin. Radiative cooling overnight will depend on cloud cover and humidity levels, which can trap heat and limit temperature drops at Denver’s mile-high elevation, while clearer conditions or drier air would allow greater cooling toward the lower 60s or below. Recent model runs show modest spread in minimum temperatures due to variable thunderstorm chances and steering patterns, creating genuine uncertainty reflected in the dispersed probabilities across bins from 55°F and below to 74°F or higher. Updated NWS guidance and any last-minute observational shifts in moisture or wind before midnight will likely drive final trader positioning ahead of resolution.
