Recent forecast models from agencies like the Servicio Meteorológico Nacional indicate a warming trend for Buenos Aires, with the minimum temperature on September 18 expected near 13–15°C under northeast flow and increasing cloud cover. This follows a sharp cooldown on September 16, when readings dipped to around 6–7°C. The closely matched market-implied odds near 48% for both 8°C or below and 18°C or higher reflect persistent uncertainty in springtime steering patterns and model spread on whether a brief cold intrusion or further advection of milder air will dominate overnight. Upcoming updated runs from global ensembles will likely clarify resolution thresholds tied to official station observations.
