Official Hong Kong Observatory forecasts call for a maximum of 32°C on September 20 under an anticyclone aloft, with sunny periods, dry and hot daytime conditions, light east to northeast winds of force 2-3, and only isolated showers possible later. This setup favors peak readings near the market's leading 32°C outcome at 37% implied probability, while afternoon convection or slightly higher humidity (55-90%) could cap temperatures at 31°C (29%) or allow brief spikes to 33°C (28%). Historical September maxima near 30-31°C provide context, but the current stable high-pressure pattern and low precipitation risk through midday support the narrow clustering around 31-33°C among traders. Updated model runs and local observations tomorrow morning will refine resolution criteria.
