Current observational data and short-range forecasts from the Japan Meteorological Agency indicate Tokyo’s minimum temperature on September 13 will reach 20 °C overnight, with model consensus and real-time readings supporting this threshold as the day’s low. Persistent southerly flow, high humidity near 90 %, and limited radiational cooling under mostly cloudy skies have kept temperatures from dropping further, consistent with late-summer climatology for the region. Trader consensus at 99 % on 20 °C reflects this convergence of official measurements and model agreement. A realistic challenge would require an unexpected late-night surge in northerly winds or clearer skies that enhance cooling beyond current guidance, though such shifts remain outside the envelope of available forecasts.
