Marine layer development and onshore southwest flow are anchoring trader consensus around an 78-79°F high for Los Angeles on September 13, aligning with National Weather Service and model guidance showing morning low clouds and fog giving way to partial clearing and highs in the mid-70s to low-80s. This range sits modestly above the long-term September 13 average of 76.4°F but well below historical extremes, reflecting stable subtropical high pressure and typical late-summer moderation rather than offshore wind or heat advection. Recent model runs have shown little deviation, keeping higher bins (82°F+) at low implied probabilities while supporting the leading outcome ahead of official daily maximum observations.
