If no such official closing price is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official closing price is published, treating that as the first day of trading for purposes of this market.Anthropic’s rapid revenue acceleration and investor enthusiasm for its Claude large language models underpin the 77% market-implied odds of a 1.8T+ closing market cap. The company closed a $65 billion Series H round in May 2026 at a $965 billion post-money valuation on a $47 billion annualized run rate, following a February Series G at $380 billion. Confidential SEC filing in early June and banker targeting of an autumn 2026 Nasdaq listing, potentially October, have reinforced expectations of a substantial IPO premium, with some investors eyeing $2 trillion or higher amid 2028 revenue forecasts near $190–200 billion. Enterprise adoption, partnerships such as the Gates Foundation collaboration, and competitive positioning in coding and frontier AI capabilities further support trader consensus for a top-tier outcome, though product timelines and market conditions remain variables.
