**Forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models indicate a maximum temperature of 25–26°C for Incheon/Seoul on September 11 under a high-pressure ridge with light northwest winds, mostly clear to partly cloudy skies, and minimal precipitation risk.** These conditions favor modest daytime warming without significant cloud cover or frontal activity to suppress highs. Recent cooling from prior days has positioned the market-implied odds—led by 25°C at 44.5% and 26°C at 29.5%—as trader consensus reflecting this narrow range, with lower probabilities for 24°C or 27°C+ reflecting model spread and typical diurnal variability. Official guidance shows little change expected overnight into the 11th.
