Official measurements from the Korea Meteorological Administration recorded a daily maximum of 22°C in the Seoul-Incheon region on September 10, driving the near-certain market consensus on that outcome. Persistent northeasterly flow, clear to partly cloudy skies, and light winds maintained stable conditions without the afternoon heating typical of late summer, aligning with September climatology yet on the cooler side of recent weekly averages near 24–26°C. Official station data from Incheon International Airport and Seoul sites showed afternoon peaks holding at or below this threshold through the observation window. A late data revision or station-specific anomaly remains the only realistic scenario that could shift resolution, though such adjustments are rare once preliminary reports close.
