Recent official forecasts from the Met Office and supporting models indicate a maximum temperature of 22–23°C for London on September 5, 2026, under high pressure near 1024 hPa with light westerly winds, sunny intervals, and minimal cloud cover that limits further warming. Afternoon humidity dropping below 50% and stable atmospheric conditions support this narrow range, consistent with the September climatological average high of 21.2°C at Heathrow yet tempered by the absence of strong insolation or southerly flow that could push readings higher. Trader consensus reflects this tight spread, with 22°C and 23°C dominating implied probabilities while lower or higher outcomes remain marginal given the current model agreement and lack of significant forecast shifts.
