Latest forecast models from multiple sources project a daytime high near 34°C for Kuala Lumpur on September 15, driven by partly cloudy skies allowing strong solar heating amid typical September humidity and light southerly winds. Afternoon convective thunderstorms, common in the inter-monsoon period, introduce cooling potential that caps extremes while supporting the market's leading 34°C outcome at 52.5% implied probability. Historical September averages hover around 31–33°C, with recent observations confirming warm, moist conditions in the low 30s; any delay in storm development or clearer skies could push readings toward 35°C. Updated model runs and official Malaysian Meteorological Department guidance tomorrow morning represent the key data points likely to refine trader consensus before resolution.
