Katherine LaNasa holds a commanding lead in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series market thanks to her status as defending champion for her role as charge nurse Dana Evans on HBO Max’s “The Pitt,” which earned a dominant 25 nominations this cycle. Traders are pricing in her established voter goodwill and central narrative presence even as three “The Pitt” castmates—Sepideh Moafi, Taylor Dearden and Fiona Dourif—split the show’s support and raise upset risks. Karolina Wydra’s 9.4% odds reflect strong critical momentum for her breakout work as Zosia on Apple TV+’s “Pluribus,” while Allison Janney and Julianne Nicholson trail on established name recognition from “The Diplomat” and “Paradise.” With final voting concluded ahead of the September 14 ceremony, the market continues to weigh LaNasa’s precedent against potential intra-cast dilution.
