Official forecasts for San Francisco on September 13 point to a high near 70°F, driven by typical late-summer marine influence from the Pacific, persistent onshore westerly winds, and a shallow marine layer that limits daytime warming. Historical averages for the date hover around 70.8°F, with recent model runs showing mostly clear skies and breezy conditions rather than any anomalous heat buildup. These factors align with the market-implied odds favoring 70-71°F at 53.5% and 68-69°F at 31.5%, reflecting trader consensus on moderate outcomes. Updated National Weather Service guidance and any afternoon observations could refine resolution near the 70-73°F thresholds.
