Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate clear skies and northeasterly flow over Busan on September 21, supporting daily highs near 27–28°C under a stable high-pressure ridge with low humidity and minimal cloud cover. This pattern, typical for late September as seasonal cooling begins, aligns with current conditions showing highs of 25–27°C and consistent guidance from agencies projecting similar values without significant warm advection or frontal activity. Trader emphasis on 28–29°C outcomes reflects minor model spreads and the potential for localized afternoon heating, while lower probabilities for 30°C+ or sub-27°C reflect the narrow uncertainty range in official guidance ahead of final observations.
