Forecast models from the National Weather Service and private providers indicate mostly sunny conditions with light northerly winds for Seattle on September 6, supporting a daytime high near the long-term average of 72.8°F. Current consensus points to peak readings of 70–72°F under stable high pressure, with minimal cloud cover and no incoming marine layer or frontal system expected to alter the outcome. This aligns with the market’s strong weighting toward 72–73°F, reflecting trader assessment of model agreement and typical early-September climatology in the region. Minor uncertainty remains around exact afternoon maxima due to local urban heat effects and wind variability, though probabilities for outcomes above 75°F or below 70°F stay low given the consistent guidance. Updated National Weather Service briefings tomorrow morning will provide the final data for resolution.
