Recent National Weather Service and local forecasts indicate a high near 93–94°F in Denver on September 5, 2026, under mostly sunny skies with only a slight afternoon thunderstorm chance and light northeast winds. This above-average reading—roughly 10°F warmer than the 1991–2020 September 5 normal of 83°F—stems from persistent warm advection and clear conditions following similar highs of 92–93°F on prior days. Model consensus supports limited cooling from isolated convection, keeping the most likely maximum in the 92–93°F bin and explaining its 54% market-implied probability, while slightly lower or higher bins reflect residual uncertainty in exact peak timing and any brief cloud cover.
