With municipal elections scheduled for October 9–10, 2026, the Brno mayoral race remains highly competitive due to a fragmented field of party-backed candidates including Kamila Zlatušková for the ODS-TOP 09 alliance, Václav Trojan for ANO, Jakub Hruška for the KDU-ČSL and STAN coalition, and Adam Zemek for the Pirates-led grouping. Recent candidate list finalizations and early campaigning have kept implied probabilities clustered, as no single contender has established a decisive lead amid local priorities such as transport infrastructure, healthcare funding, and coalition negotiations. The wide distribution across numerous options and "other" reflects trader assessment of split voter preferences and potential post-election bargaining in the 55-seat assembly, where shifts from upcoming debates or endorsements could quickly alter positioning before polling day.
