This market will resolve in favor of the player on a Southeastern Conference (SEC) team that finishes the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season with the most passing yards among all SEC players. A player's conference is the football conference affiliation of his team for the 2026 season as recognized by the NCAA. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with more passing touchdowns during the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player with a higher average of passing yards per attempt during the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to "Other". If the 2026 NCAA FBS season concludes early, is shortened, or is truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NCAA FBS statistics for completed games. If the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 3, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which SEC player led the conference in passing yards within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NCAA (https://www.ncaa.com/stats/football/fbs); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The SEC enters the 2026 season with exceptional quarterback depth, as multiple proven passers return or transfer in with strong supporting casts and favorable schemes. Trinidad Chambliss led the conference with 3,937 passing yards in 2025 while guiding Ole Miss to the CFP semifinals, Arch Manning closed strongly at Texas with 3,163 yards, and Gunner Stockton posted efficient production at Georgia. Transfers such as Sam Leavitt at LSU and Byrum Brown at Auburn add further competition alongside John Mateer, Marcel Reed, LaNorris Sellers, and Alabama’s Keelon Russell or Austin Mack. This balance of experience, offensive systems, and roster talent leaves no dominant frontrunner, sustaining closely bunched implied probabilities across the field.
