Recent polling from July and early August 2026 shows a highly fragmented field for Sergipe’s two Senate seats, with Delegado André David (Republicanos) narrowly ahead in the low-to-mid teens, followed closely by André Moura (União), Eduardo Amorim (Republicanos), Rodrigo Valadares (PL), Alessandro Vieira (MDB), and incumbent Rogério Carvalho (PT). The two-vote structure, elevated undecided and blank responses, and 11-candidate slate after mid-August registrations keep second-place positioning fluid and sensitive to small shifts in voter preferences. Traders reflect this uncertainty through tight pricing among the leading names, underscoring the impact of regional turnout variations and the absence of major campaign consolidation ahead of the October 4 vote. Further surveys or alliance announcements could quickly reorder the group.
