Recent forecast models, including GFS runs, indicate stable high-pressure conditions over the eastern Mediterranean with clear skies and moderate northeasterly winds, supporting a minimum temperature near 20°C for Istanbul on September 10. This equilibrium between warmer (27°C or higher at 46%) and cooler (17°C or below at 43%) outcomes reflects trader assessment of limited diurnal cooling under these patterns versus potential for slightly stronger radiational cooling overnight. Historical early-September minima average 18–20°C, providing a baseline, while the absence of incoming fronts or cloud cover keeps variability low. Updated model consensus and official Turkish Meteorological Service briefings in the next 24–48 hours will likely tighten implied probabilities ahead of resolution.
