Recent short-term forecasts from regional models position 32–33°C as the most probable daily maximum for Panama City on September 17, reflecting typical late-wet-season conditions with partial cloud cover and scattered convection that permit brief periods of strong solar heating. Historical September averages near 29–30°C provide context, yet current guidance shows slightly elevated potential from reduced morning cloudiness and light winds. Traders assign the highest implied probability to 33°C because ensemble runs cluster in that narrow range, while lower outcomes remain viable if heavier afternoon rainfall develops earlier than expected. Updated model runs over the next 48 hours will refine land-sea breeze and moisture profiles ahead of market resolution.
