Forecast models from sources including GFS and ECMWF project a maximum near 27–28°C in Milan on September 14 under mostly clear skies, light southeasterly winds, and high pressure that favors daytime heating without significant cloud cover or precipitation. This stable pattern, following partly cloudy conditions on the 13th with highs around 26°C, supports the market’s heavy weighting toward 28–29°C as the most probable outcomes. Official station measurements can vary slightly from grid forecasts due to urban heat effects or exact timing of peak readings, contributing to the modest edge for 29°C. No major model disagreements or incoming fronts appear likely to alter this range before resolution.
