**Forecast consensus from multiple models (GFS, ECMWF, and others) points to a daytime maximum of 21–23°C in Amsterdam on September 14, 2026, under building high pressure with light southerly winds and mostly cloudy but dry conditions.** This places the market’s leading outcomes—22°C (44.5%) and 23°C (34.0%)— squarely in line with current numerical guidance, while 21°C (11.5%) captures the lower end of the spread. September 2026 has run cooler than the 1991–2020 average high of 19.4°C through mid-month, but a temporary southerly flow is expected to push readings 2–4°C above normal without reaching the upper tail of historical extremes (all-time high 31°C). Low precipitation chances (<20–35%) and modest wind speeds limit both cooling and extreme warming potential. Model runs show tight clustering around these values with limited spread, supporting the heavy weighting on 22–23°C. Updated forecasts and any late shifts in the 00Z or 12Z ECMWF or GFS ensembles will be the key near-term catalysts for probability adjustments before resolution.

The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=eham
If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source.
In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
