Official National Weather Service observations from the Miami International Airport station recorded a minimum temperature of 76°F on August 29, 2026, at 8:12 a.m. local time, directly aligning with the market's 76-77°F outcome at 100% implied probability. This value fell 1°F below the 1991-2020 normal amid a cooler-than-average day featuring a high of only 85°F, 0.62 inches of rain, and elevated humidity that limited radiative cooling overnight. Historical records show August 29 lows typically range 70-82°F, with recent years clustering near 76-78°F under similar subtropical conditions. The strong trader consensus reflects the authoritative, verified measurement, though rare post-event data revisions or station-specific criteria could theoretically alter resolution despite the consensus strength.
