This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed player clinches a spot in the Round of 16 at the 2026 US Open per US Open rules. Otherwise, the associated market will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed player to clinch a spot in the Round of 16 at the 2026 US Open (e.g. the player is eliminated), the associated market will resolve to "No". If the 2026 US Open is cancelled, postponed after September 27, 11:59 PM ET, or the players that qualified for the Round of 16 have not been officially confirmed by the USTA within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the USTA and ATP; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The US Open 2026 men's singles main draw begins August 30 on outdoor hard courts at Flushing Meadows, with Jannik Sinner's withdrawal due to a right knee injury opening the field and elevating Alexander Zverev to the top seed ahead of defending champion Carlos Alcaraz, who returns after more than four months sidelined by a right wrist issue. Alcaraz's match fitness after limited recent play, combined with Novak Djokovic's experience and the strong form of players like Félix Auger-Aliassime and American contenders such as Ben Shelton and Taylor Fritz, shapes early-round matchups. Traders monitor official injury reports, recent hard-court results, and seed positioning, as three wins are required to reach the round of 16 amid a compressed schedule and potential upsets from in-form qualifiers or veterans.
