This market will resolve to "Yes" if the US House passes a bill that, if enacted, would impose restrictions, beyond any that exist at the time of market creation, on military assistance from the United States to Israel by September 30, 2026 at 11:59PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source will be official U.S. federal government publications (e.g., Congress.gov) however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The House's Republican majority and consistent bipartisan backing for U.S. military assistance to Israel have produced repeated defeats for restriction efforts, most recently a July 2026 amendment to eliminate $3.3 billion in annual Foreign Military Financing that failed 314-104. No comparable legislation has advanced since, and the remaining legislative calendar before September 30 offers minimal opportunity for floor consideration of new restrictions. Recent House action instead focused on measures strengthening ties, such as the September passage of a bill targeting university boycotts of Israel. Trader consensus at 97.4% for "No" reflects these structural barriers and voting patterns. Late-session developments, including unexpected conflict escalations or procedural maneuvers in the final weeks, remain the primary variables that could still shift the outcome.
