Current forecasts from Taiwan's Central Weather Administration and supporting models indicate a daily maximum near 32°C in Taipei on September 18, driven by a persistent northeasterly flow that limits stronger warming while maintaining partly cloudy conditions and light winds. Recent observations show afternoon readings climbing toward 29–30°C with high humidity, aligning with climatological September baselines around 30–31°C and reinforcing the narrow 98% market-implied probability for exactly 32°C. Minor model adjustments or localized urban heat effects could shift the final recorded high, though consensus across sources keeps deviations unlikely before resolution.
