The Country Music Association Awards are presented annually by the Country Music Association (CMA) to honor outstanding achievement in country music. The 60th Annual Country Music Association Awards are currently scheduled for November 18, 2026. This market will resolve according to the listed collaboration that wins the 60th Annual Country Music Association Award for Musical Event of the Year. If a listed collaboration is not officially nominated for the Country Music Association Award for Musical Event of the Year when the 2026 nominees are announced, the corresponding market will immediately resolve to "No". In case of a tie for the winner, this market will resolve in favor of the tied winning collaboration whose listed title comes first in alphabetical order. If, for any reason, no winner is declared by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the CMA Awards and the Country Music Association, including data from their website (e.g., https://cmaawards.com/) and the live broadcast of the award ceremony; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Nomination announcements on September 10 for the 60th CMA Awards have sharpened focus on the five Musical Event of the Year contenders, all high-profile collaborations released in the eligibility window.** “A Song To Sing” by Miranda Lambert and Chris Stapleton sits as the market frontrunner on the strength of Lambert’s seven total nods, veteran producer Dave Cobb, and established star power. The other four—“Horses and Divorces” (Kacey Musgraves feat. Miranda Lambert), “I Can’t Love You Anymore” (Ella Langley & Morgan Wallen), “If I Don’t Leave I’m Gonna Stay” (Carly Pearce & Riley Green), and “McArthur” (HARDY, Eric Church, Morgan Wallen & Tim McGraw)—trail with lower implied probabilities, reflecting varying degrees of recent chart momentum, critical buzz, and historical CMA voting patterns favoring established cross-generational pairings. With the November 18 ceremony still two months away, late streaming surges, radio adds, or additional precursor recognition could shift trader consensus among these closely matched entries.
