Recent forecast consensus from global models, including GFS data, positions a daily maximum near 31°C for Karachi on September 8, supporting the leading 45% implied probability for that outcome. Partly cloudy skies, southwest winds of 14–17 mph, and moderate humidity around 65–75% are expected to limit extreme heating while preventing significant cooling, consistent with early September climatology of highs averaging 31–32°C. Shorter-range runs show tight clustering around 30–32°C, with low odds for 33°C or higher reflecting stable steering patterns and no strong high-pressure buildup. Updated model outputs and official Pakistan Meteorological Department guidance over the next 48 hours represent the key catalysts that could shift these market-implied odds.
