Recent Berlin polls place Die Linke at 18–22 percent, positioning the party near or atop the field ahead of the September 20 Abgeordnetenhaus election amid competition from the CDU, AfD, and Greens. Sustained gains since 2025, driven by emphasis on housing affordability and social policy under new co-leaders and top candidate Elif Eralp, support projections in the low-to-mid 20s of seats under proportional allocation and the five-percent threshold. Tight clustering across the 20–34 seat bins reflects ongoing volatility from undecided voters, turnout differentials, minor-party spillover, and AfD momentum that could fragment the left-leaning electorate. No single dominant coalition path has emerged, leaving seat totals sensitive to final-week shifts.
