Recent National Weather Service and model guidance indicate a mostly sunny to partly cloudy pattern over Seattle on September 6, 2026, with light northerly winds and minimal cloud cover supporting a daily high near the long-term average of 72.8°F. This setup favors the market's leading 72-73°F bin at 40.5% implied probability, followed by 70-71°F, as current runs show highs clustering in the low 70s without significant warm advection or marine influence to push readings higher or suppress them. Historical September climatology and the absence of anomalous pressure gradients reinforce this narrow range, with traders weighting the latest forecast consensus over earlier seasonal outlooks. Updated model runs tomorrow morning represent the next key data point that could shift probabilities.
