NVIDIA's upcoming fiscal second-quarter earnings release after the close on August 26 stands as the dominant near-term catalyst for NVDA price action during the week of August 24. Traders are focused on whether the company can deliver on consensus estimates for roughly $92 billion in revenue—nearly doubling year-over-year—along with expanded gross margins near 75% and strong guidance reflecting continued Blackwell and Rubin platform demand. Recent data center revenue momentum, a $1 trillion-plus order backlog through 2027, and analyst price targets clustered around $300–308 provide a supportive fundamental backdrop, though the stock has traded in a relatively tight range near $208–215 amid pre-earnings positioning and broader market volatility. Any upside surprise or incremental commentary on China exposure and gross-margin sustainability could shift implied probabilities around key weekly price thresholds.

The resolution source for this market is Pyth — specifically, the NVIDIA (NVDA) "High" and "Low" prices available at https://pythdata.app/explore/Equity.US.NVDA%2FUSD, with the chart settings configured for 1-minute candles.
Historical 1-minute candles may be accessed by appending a Unix timestamp (seconds) to the Pyth chart URL using the "t=" parameter. Any timestamp within the listed market time frame may be used to view the relevant candle data (e.g., https://pythdata.app/explore/Equity.US.NVDA%2FUSD?t=1773432000)
If the relevant Pyth data is unavailable due to a system outage, data failure, or other technical disruption that prevents verification of the required 1-minute candle data, the official daily high/low price published by the primary exchange on which the listed security trades will be used to determine whether the listed price was reached during the applicable trading session.
