This market will resolve according to the player who finishes Number 1 in the official PPA Men's end of year rankings for the 2026-27 Carvana PPA Tour season, as published by the Professional Pickleball Association at the conclusion of the season, including the 2027 PPA Tour Finals. If the 2026-27 end of year rankings are not published, are cancelled, or a year-end Number 1 has not been determined by May 16, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". If multiple players are tied and officially recognized as co-Number 1, this market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be the official end of year rankings as published by the Professional Pickleball Association (https://ppatour.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Ben Johns holds the highest implied probability among named contenders for the top spot in the new PPA World Pickleball Rankings at season’s end, yet the market remains tightly bunched because several players demonstrate elite results across the composite weighting of men’s doubles, mixed doubles, and singles. Recent tournament play shows Johns and Gabriel Tardio maintaining strong form in doubles while Federico Staksrud, Christopher Haworth, and Hunter Johnson trade singles leads, with younger athletes such as Hayden Patriquin and Christian Alshon posting consistent podium finishes. The 2026–27 system’s emphasis on 14 best results across disciplines rewards versatility rather than dominance in one event, and early-season depth means any of the top group can accumulate decisive points depending on schedule strength and injury management. Trader consensus reflects this parity among established stars and rising challengers.
