This has elevated opportunities for mid-tier seeds such as Hunter Johnson, Christian Alshon, Connor Garnett, and Zane Ford, who benefit from favorable bracket paths and byes in some cases. Matches have shifted to late afternoon and evening slots to manage high temperatures, potentially affecting endurance and recovery across the single-elimination format. Recent PPA form, head-to-head history on hard courts, and any last-minute withdrawals or injury reports will shape which players advance deep enough to contest the final.
