If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. If the results of the specified election are not definitively known by March 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to the lowest range bracket. All votes certified for candidates or non-candidate options in the specified election are included. Invalidated or blank votes are not included. In ranked-choice or preferential systems, the first-round vote total will be used. The primary resolution source for this market will be the official results of the 2026 midterm election for Senator from Nebraska, as published by the state electoral authority responsible for certifying the results of the election; however, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Trader consensus centers on 700K-750K ballots cast in Nebraska’s November 3, 2026 U.S. Senate election, reflecting historical midterm baselines and the current competitive environment.** Nebraska recorded 682,716 votes in the 2022 midterm and roughly 934,000–965,000 in the 2024 presidential contest. With approximately 1.26 million active registered voters (heavily Republican), a 2026 figure in the low-to-mid 700,000s aligns with typical off-year participation adjusted upward by the close Ricketts-Osborn matchup. The May primary saw only 28.5% turnout, below 2022 levels, while the July withdrawal of the Democratic nominee to consolidate support behind independent Dan Osborn and the early September debate have heightened visibility without evidence of unusually high mobilization. These factors position the 700K-750K and 750K-800K ranges as the dominant outcomes under current conditions.
