Recent forecast model consensus points to a modest daytime high near 23–25°C in São Paulo on September 20, shaped by increased cloud cover, northerly flow, and a 30–85% chance of afternoon showers or thunderstorms that limit solar heating and evaporative cooling. Official guidance from sources such as the Met Office and multiple global models shows afternoon peaks around 24–28°C under partly to mostly cloudy skies, with rain timing and intensity creating the main spread in outcomes. This uncertainty explains why traders assign the highest implied probability (21.5%) to 21°C or below while spreading remaining weight across 22–25°C brackets. Historical September averages near 23°C provide context, yet the current pattern deviates cooler than recent clear days. Updated model runs tonight will refine land-sea breeze and precipitation timing ahead of market resolution.
